On Friday, April 12, 2013, of Washington, DC. Beloved husband of Katie Sturdivant Butler; father of Wendy (George) Redmond, Tammy Butler, Susan (Kenneth) Broomer and Nina (Timothy) Sanders; grandfather of Carmen, Matthew, Madison, Kenneth Michael, Jalyn, Morgan and Kennedy. Also survived by a host of relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, April 18, 2013, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, New Hampshire & Larch Avenues, Takoma Park, MD, where Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment Private.
