On Sunday, December 8, 2019, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Edward Devoney Jr.; mother of Alexis L. (Gunther) Stern and Steven E. and the late (Suanne Fedor) Devoney; grandmother of Julian and Mollie Stern and Eddie and Gregory Devoney. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), December 13 from 7 to 9 p.m., where a Funeral Service will be held on, December 14, 2019 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
