Beloved husband of Kathy Hart; father of Jessica (Shawn) Cissel, Kelly (Kenny) Blinkhorn and RJ Hart; grandfather of Bethany, Sophia, Kole, and Kenley; son of Mary Jane and the late Richard K. Hart, Jr.; brother of Ellen (Henry) Kumm and Theresa (Clyde) Stouffer. Memorial Mass at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 9200 Kentsdale Drive, Potomac, MD on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 4 p.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Children’s Inn at NIH, 7 West Drive, Bethesda, MD 20814.
