On Wednesday, May 22, 2013 of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Dorie; father of Jesse (Kristen) Hightower and Lindsey Hightower; brother of Jana Walczuk, April Stollmack and John Hightower. Also survived by his mother-in-law, Sorrell Caplan. Memorial Service will be held at River Road Unitarian Church, 6301 River Road, Bethesda, MD on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 3 p.m. Interment private. Memorial contributions may be made to Capital Area Food Bank, 4900 Puerto Rico Ave., NE, Washington, DC 20017 or to a charity of your choice.
