STANLEY ALLAN KOCH

On Friday, October 25, 2013, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Elizabeth L. Koch; father of Jennifer A. Chew and husband Victor; brother of Dorothy Wilson and husband Fred. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. Stan retired from the Federal Regulatory Agency in 1998, then served as a volunteer at the Library of Congress, the Smithsonian Institute and the National Park Service. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Friday, November 1 from 7 to 9 p.m. Private Graveside Service at National Memorial Park.
