On Friday, May 3, 2013, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Susan E. Webb; father of Brian J. (Barbara) Webb and Aurora (Andre) Newman; stepfather of Resina M. (Joshua) Walker and William M. (Jennifer) Ward, IV; son of Junadeane Webb and the late Earl Webb, Jr.; brother of Scott Webb and Roxanne DeMouy; grandfather of Glen and Marie Webb, Zackary Newman, Alyssa Ward, Jackson Walker, and Morgan and Aiden Ward. Also survived by many other loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Wednesday, from 7 to 9 p.m. where Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 9, at 11 a.m. Interment Parklawn Memorial Park.
